For your added convience, we make an extra effort to run on time for all appointments so please arrive for your appointment on time. Also, for your convenience, we have made all new patient forms available for download. Please have those forms filled out before arriving for your first appointment. You can expect to be in our office for 1.5 hours for your initial exam.
