For your added convience, we make an extra effort to run on time for all appointments so please arrive for your appointment on time. Also, for your connivence, we have made all new patient forms available for download. Please have those forms filled out before arriving for your first appointment. You can expect to be in our office for 1½ hours for your initial exam.

We want you to feel comfortable at our office and we always strive to accommodate our patients.
