Dr. Alexander performs root canals as a last resort to save a tooth from infection or if an area of decay (dental cavity) is deep and extends to the nerve. Dr. Alexander utilizes his laser in many cases during root canal treatments. This advanced treatment is just one of the ways we provide our patients with state-of-the-art dental care.
